About Our Merchandise 
Most products sold and featured on this website were embellish-designed and/or produced by Flavor Shop.

Product Inspection
Prior to shipment, all orders are inspected at least twice so that you may receive your merchandise securely. Flavor Shop is not responsible for the merchandise once it has been shipped out.

 

International Orders
International orders are welcome. International orders shipping price options start as low as $2. Please contact a Support Specialist for details on your specific order.

FREE Shipping 
Please note that not all orders shipped from Flavor Shop include order tracking. If a tracking number is available, you will receive it via email after your order is received and has been processed. FREE Shipping orders qualify for standard shipping, which is approximately 3 - 10 business before you receive the item. Not all orders may qualify for FREE Shipping based upon your location. In that case, you will be contacted as soon as possible for accommodations. 

Cancellations
You may cancel within two, (2) hours of placing your order and be completely refunded. No questions asked.

Returns & Exchanges
Because of our everyday low prices, All sales are final after two hours of order placement. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

How to Make Credit Card Payments

Simply place your order on our website. Once you have submitted your order to us online, visit AlertPay and log in to your account.

 

 

Damaged Shipment
If your merchandise arrives damaged, call USPS:  1 (800) ASK-USPS, (1-800-275-8777) within 24 hours to file a damaged merchandise claim.  Keep the box(es)/package(s), the invoice and all packing material - USPS will need these items for their inspection. If not, this may cause your claim to be denied. Also please contact us via email or live support to report your damaged merchandise receipt.
